SEBI has issued the Circular No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/ MIRSD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2025/004 dated January 08, 2025 titled “Guidelines

Fees chargeable to clients by As per SEBI's Circular

❖ can now charge a maximum of ₹1,51,000 per annum per family.
❖ Family of client is defined as dependent spouse, dependent children and dependent parents.
❖ If spouse, children and parents of the client are not dependent on the said client then may charge fees from them also.
❖ The said fee is exclusive of GST.
❖ The said fee limit is not applicable in case of non-individual clients and accredited investors.
❖ shall not charge advance fee exceeding one quarter.
❖ In case of termination of services, cannot charge any breakage fee.

❖ Consent can be obtained either through e-signature facility or physical signature. KYC Requirements and maintenance of record.
❖ Provision of maintenance of KYC records as verified from KYC Registration Agency (KRA) is now included in the regulations.
❖ Further, are now required to maintain record of all interactions with clients including prospective client. the record shall include:
➢ Physical record written & signed by client,
➢ Telephone recordings
➢ Email from registered email id,
➢ Record of SMS messages,
➢ Any other legally verifiable record.
❖ Such records shall be maintained for a period of at least 5 years.

Monthly Package

Monthly now we can charge a maximum of ₹12,585 per family As per SEBI's Circular Note- shall not charge advance fee exceeding one quarter.
1 Lot 1 Strategy

Quaterly Package

Quaterly now we can charge a maximum of ₹37,750 per family As per SEBI's Circular Note- shall not charge advance fee exceeding one quarter.
2 Lot 2 Strategy

Yearly Package

Annual now we can charge a maximum of ₹1,51,000 per family As per SEBI's Circular Note- shall not charge advance fee exceeding one quarter.
